We work with corporate AP teams regularly. We provide W-9, COI with your company as additional insured, and itemized invoices that match your PO format. Payment by ACH, corporate card, or wire. Optional insurance ($300k liability + physical damage) is the simplest path for one-off trips; established corporate insurance can be substituted with proper endorsement.
