These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dufourfunvans.com and the services offered by Dufourfun Rentals LLC (DBA Dufour Fun Vans, "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or submitting a quote or reservation request, you agree to these Terms.

Website use

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site or our services.

Quotes and reservations

• Quotes are estimates and are not a guarantee of availability until a reservation is confirmed and paid.
• Reservations are confirmed after payment is received per the selected payment plan.
• The primary driver must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license.
• A security deposit hold is placed before the trip and released after return, subject to inspection.
• Cancellation, modification, mileage, delivery, and insurance terms are provided with each reservation and in the rental agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize Dufourfun Rentals LLC to charge the amounts disclosed at checkout, including any scheduled future installments and any post-trip charges (such as fuel, mileage overage, cleaning, or damage) per the rental agreement.

SMS / Text messaging program terms

Program operator: Dufourfun Rentals LLC.
Program description: Quote follow-ups, reservation confirmations, and pre-trip pickup details related to your inquiry or rental.
How to opt in: Check the SMS consent box on our quote or reservation form at /luxury-van-quote or /reserve.
Message frequency: Recurring messages; frequency varies based on your inquiry and reservation activity.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other U.S. carriers.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dufourfun Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Rental-specific liability is governed by the signed rental agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
