A boat-show week is more enjoyable when the group has somewhere familiar to regroup between appointments, meals and evenings out. For families, business owners and client hosts, a luxury passenger van can make the journey to Miami and the non-show parts of the day feel connected rather than scattered.
The organizer’s 2027 announcement confirms February 10–14, 2027, across four venues. Think of the van as your base between venue visits, not a replacement for the show’s own transportation.
Four venues, one shared plan
The 2027 press release identifies these locations and says the sites are connected by water taxis and complimentary shuttle services. That wording does not establish free water-taxi access for every attendee or a particular route schedule.
| Venue | What the organizer describes | A useful planning role |
|---|---|---|
| Miami Beach Convention Center | Boats, engines, electronics and retail pavilions | Put your main indoor shopping appointments together |
| Pride Park, including The Entry Point | Activities, education and an entry-level boat-shopping hub beside the convention center | Pair it with the convention center rather than making a separate cross-town trip |
| Sailor’s Cove at IGY Yacht Haven Grande Miami | Sailing-focused boats and gear at 838 MacArthur Causeway | Give sailing interests their own unhurried visit |
| Miami Beach Yacht Collection on Collins Avenue | Waterfront powerboats and motor yachts between 44th and 47th streets | Leave breathing room around yacht appointments |
Addresses and location names are also listed in the Exhibitor Resource Guide. Check the organizer’s final attendee guidance before settling on meeting points.
A four-day rhythm within the five-day show
The official Show Overview lists these Miami-local hours:
| Day | Public show hours |
|---|---|
| Wednesday, February 10 | Noon–7 p.m. |
| Thursday, February 11 | 10 a.m.–7 p.m. |
| Friday, February 12 | 10 a.m.–7 p.m. |
| Saturday, February 13 | 10 a.m.–7 p.m. |
| Sunday, February 14 | 10 a.m.–5 p.m. |
For a Wednesday-through-Saturday visit, try this rhythm:
- Wednesday: arrive without squeezing the morning. The noon opening leaves room for breakfast, settling into your accommodation and a focused convention-center visit. Add Pride Park if the group still feels fresh.
- Thursday: choose the water-focused priority. Make Sailor’s Cove or the Yacht Collection the day’s anchor according to your interests. Use the official connections where appropriate instead of repeatedly moving a large vehicle.
- Friday: reserve room for people. Business owners and client hosts can group confirmed appointments, then leave a generous meal break. Families can revisit favorites rather than chase every display.
- Saturday: return with a shortlist. A second look is more useful once you know what questions remain. Leave time to regroup and pack before departure.
Sunday can replace a day in that outline or become a final visit, but remember its earlier 5 p.m. closing. This is a suggested pace, not an organizer itinerary or a promise of appointment access.
Pack for the waterfront, not just the drive
Soft overnight bags, a small day bag for each passenger, comfortable walking shoes and a separate place for wet layers make transitions easier. Keep business papers and personal valuables with you rather than assuming a parked vehicle is secure storage. Put the day’s essentials within reach before departure, and secure larger bags so they do not occupy the aisle or interfere with seating.
If your group is arriving with bulky luggage or boating gear, compare usable storage with the seats you need. The luggage and passenger-capacity guide can help you ask practical questions before choosing a van. A beautiful cabin is less relaxing when every stop requires unpacking it.
Where the van helps, and where it does not
The shared ride is most useful for the drive into Miami, accommodation-to-meal trips and regrouping outside the exhibition. It gives a family one departure time and a client host a consistent place to welcome guests. It does not make traffic disappear, create a legal curbside waiting area or grant access to a marina.
As checked for this article, the Parking & Transportation page is still labeled 2026. Recheck 2027 parking locations, vehicle restrictions and prices when organizers publish them. Do not carry old parking prices forward. Confirm that any accommodation or parking facility can accept the actual vehicle before relying on it.
If you intend to stay in one walkable area and spend every day entirely inside the show, moving a large van may add more logistics than it removes. If the week includes a road trip, family outings or hosted dinners, its value is more likely to show up across the whole itinerary.
Dufourfun Vans is not affiliated with the boat show. A vehicle purchase does not include show tickets, VIP benefits, special parking, drop-off privileges or access to official transportation.
